All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and site conditions. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion.


2. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of evaluation and may be subject to change due to unforeseen conditions, additional labor, required parts, or code requirements.


  • Estimates are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing
  • Pricing may vary based on system type, accessibility, and complexity
  • Additional work outside the original scope will require approval
  • Preferred service dates & times are not confirmed until Red Letters Comfort sends the service call confirmation.
  • If our schedule is full for the date/time requested, we will provide the fastest possible alternative dates/times ASAP

3. Payments & Financing

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We may offer financing options through third-party providers. Approval, terms, interest rates, and repayment conditions are determined solely by the financing provider. Red Letters Comfort is not responsible for:


  • Financing approval decisions
  • Loan terms or conditions
  • Third-party financing agreements


4. Scheduling & Appointments

We make every effort to arrive on time; however, appointment windows may vary due to:


  • Emergency service calls
  • Traffic or weather conditions
  • Extended service times at prior appointments


Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time.


5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We request reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may result in:


  • Delayed service
  • Additional service fees
  • Refusal of future service in extreme cases


6. Warranties & Guarantees

Warranty coverage may include manufacturer warranties and/or labor warranties, depending on the service provided.


  • Manufacturer warranties are subject to the manufacturer's terms
  • Labor warranties (if applicable) will be clearly outlined in writing
  • Warranty claims may require proof of maintenance and proper system use


Improper use, neglect, or unauthorized repairs may void warranties.

  • Ensure safe working conditions for technicians
  • Maintain clear access to equipment
